YOU NEED TO EAT IF YOU ARE LIFTING!!! whether or not you want to gain muscle or gain fat or lose fat or lose muscle or maintain whatcha got going on. regardless of your goals, your body needs food. it will crash. you can develop serious and potentially chronic health issues. you can exacerbate current health issues. you won’t be able to lift if your body is hurting so please take care of it!!!
